Team Special Game Request Policy: ONLY special requests submitted with the application will be considered. Valid special requests include a coach that coaches multiple teams and would request no game time conflicts except in finals or you have players in ODP training and would like the 8am game on Sat morning and the latest game on Sat afternoon.

Tournament Inclement Weather Policy: Each coach will have to sign off on the following policy statement. "I understand that there is a possibility of inclement weather and such weather may result in the abbreviation or cancellation of our tournament games. In the event this occurs, no refunds will be given."
